Atletico Madrid have signed Spain Under-21 striker Adrian Lopez.
The 23-year-old was the leading scorer at the recent Under-21 European Championship with five goals as Spain won the tournament. He played for relegated Deportivo La Coruna last season and has also had spells at Alaves and Malaga.
Atletico announced on their website: "Adrian Lopez has passed his medical with Atletico Madrid and signed his contract with the Rojiblancos.
"This afternoon the player will be presented at the Vicente Calderon at 1700 (local time)."
