Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini haves been released as XXL cards in Belgium, but I don't yet know how they've been made available. Similarly, Cristiano Ronaldo is available in Poland in the Starterpack. How come we don't get any issued in the United Kingdom? Here's a list of the known XXL cards....
