The Wembley board game last almost 40 years from the 1950s through to the 1990s. Originally created by Ariel Productions and later issued by Gibson Games, each version came with 32 club cards. These chqnged from one version to another as clubs were promoted and relegated, and other clubs came in and went out of favour. For most versions the cards had rounded corners, though one was issued with square corners. Likewise most of the cards had red backs, but there was an orange version and also a green version. Monetary values also increased with time.

A set of cards came with each box, so they in themselve are not really collectable. But one-club collectors usually like to add their clubs cards to their collections. I have most of the Cardiff City variations in my own collection. It is the green version for which I am trying to compile a list of cards, I only know of the following:
