Lionel Messi posed for Greek Esquire magazine cover this month edition. Earlier, he also appear in Time Magazine cover. But it's only for Time Asia, Europe and South Pasific edition. Despite being 'promised' to appear for US edition, they seemed to change their mind and dropped his face for the cover, since he is considered 'not that well known' in US.

The cover actually was plotted to point out "The Power of Shyness" (showed above). So maybe they didn't think Messi is shy enough for them......
