Ronaldo tried to show the press that there is nothing happen between the 2 Portuguese players, and that they are getting along well.
On the video, Ronaldo grabbed both Pepe and Carvalho in his arms, and just joking around. So it means the clash rumor between Pepe and Carvalho is false news (that, or kind Ronaldo has stepped in as a mediator).
